Around 55 per cent of doctors in the UK currently use their software each day. Our client provides remote technical support to GP Practices all over the UK. These GP Practices are using a number of software applications developed by our clients. Our client is currently recruiting for a 1st Line IT Support Consultant and would welcome applications from candidates who have experience in technical Support roles or those recently leaving college or university with qualifications in IT. 1st Line IT Support Consultant - Role:
Providing 1st line telephone support you will deal with incoming calls from customers who are experiencing problems with their software applications. Using your technical knowledge you will diagnose faults and provide resolution through remote access and raising the relevant questions. 1st Line IT Support Consultant - Candidate requirements:
