I am currently seeking a Freelance Quantity surveyor to complete a 3-month Freelance Assigment in Central Manchester.

The ideal candidate should be Project Quantity Surveyor level, possibly chartered and should have a stable work history, showing loyalty to previous roles whether they are freelance or permanent.

Ideally, you will have experience gained within the education sector, working on Schools or University accomodation. This role is with a busy and respected practice and there is the possibility that at the end of the Freelance Assigment, a permanent position will be on offer to the right candidate.
