Project Director - Highways Structures
Location: London Euston
Salary: GBP 45,000 - GBP 50,000

About the Role
In this key role you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of highway structures project work. You`ll lead and manage a team of 15-20 people, ensuring we deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget for our public and private clients. It`s a multi-faceted role, in which you`ll be responsible for the technical output of the Highway structures team, providing effective leadership, as well as technical and professional guidance to the team. You'll have client management responsibilities for TfL North Area Structures commission, City of London, LB Ealing, LB Islington, LB Hounslow as well as others.

About You
You'll be a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer; alternatively you'll have a matching experience to a similar level. You'll be capable of managing projects to tight deadlines and have a successful track record in project delivery. What's more, your written and oral communication skills will be just as impressive. We're also looking for good knowledge of technical and pricing aspects of bid preparation, plus a full UK driving license.
