Their occupational health, counselling and screening services, enable employers to pro-actively promote employee wellbeing, reducing sickness absence and ensuring maximum workforce productivity JOB DESCRIPTION Registered Medical Practitioners use their clinical expertise to carry out medical examinations and provide medical advice on people who claim various types of benefit. They forward their reports to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) where decisions on benefit entitlement are made. Examinations are performed in one of our Medical Services Examination Centres or in the claimant’s home. Full training is given to allow our Registered Medical Practitioners to become specialists in the field of Disability Assessment. You will have proven experience as a General Practitioner or experienced in related disciplines which require the exercise of broad based examination, investigation and diagnostic skills.
