It provides support in a person centred manner both within a domiciliary setting and within education. The Role: We are looking to recruit a Support Coordinator for our clients’ Supported Living Service in Bitterne that provides 24-hour support to four adults living in shared accommodation. The service is also in the developing stage of delivering small care packages to individuals within the community. This is an exciting management opportunity to oversee the day-to-day efficient and effective coordination of support to the service users, ensuring that quality standards are adhered to. You will ensure that the staff team are managed, supported and developed to deliver support that promotes and encourages physical and mental well-being, healthy and meaningful lifestyles, and social inclusion. You: You will be professional, confident and proactive in your approach and have excellent communication, time management and leadership skills. You will also have knowledge of National Minimum Care Standards and working with young people/adults with learning difficulties/autism. You will hold an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and be flexible and person centred in your working approach.
