They now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales manager to lead them through their next growth phase.

As a hands-on Sales Manager based at our clients Oxford location, you will manage and lead a team of 5 print sales executives to new heights. The main focus of this role will be to develop and deliver sales strategy, increase sales and company profile, win/manage a portfolio of high value accounts and deliver day-to-day support and leadership. Applications are invited from those candidates with a minimum of 2 years sales management experience gained in a print (Litho and Digital) environment, although applications are also invited from those individuals with print sales experience that may be ready for a move into management. Either way, you will be highly motivated, a natural leader and an effective communicator looking to further your career within a professional organisation.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40-45k with a first year OTE of 60-70k plus an excellent benefits package that may include stock for the right individual.
