SOLUS allows our customers, using a web based application, to manage digital content delivery to a network of remote TV screens/projection, Web TV channels, IPTV networks and mobile phones.

We fully manage and support the hardware and software elements providing our customers with a single managed solution to their digital media delivery.

The company is on a steep growth curve, driven by a healthy order book. We are constantly improving the product and adding new features that appeal specifically to our target markets. We have a software development plan that will see us implement the latest in IPTV (video over networks), mobile phone rich media delivery, Apple iPhone media apps as well as visual improvement of existing technologies for on screen displays.

We require 2 software developers to join our team and play a key role in the development of an already successful digital media application.

Programmer/Developer - Experience Sought

Experience with Microsoft .NET programming and Web platform is required including:

• C#
• .NET Framework to 3.5. WPF understanding would be advantageous
• Visual Studio
• SQL Server management and programming (T-SQL)

Strongly desirable:

• Familiarity with Windows architecture e.g. registry, network configuration, TCP/IP etc.
• Familiarity with Internet content formats, e.g. Windows Media, Flash, Flash video, h264, etc
• Mobile content / video experience
• Collaborative programming experience eg. Familiarity with Team Foundation Server

Advantageous:

• DVB / freeview integration with Windows experience desirable.
