They now have an exciting vacancy at their London office for a Recruitment Consultant with previous industry experience.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will join a small team of professional recruiters all focused on delivering revenue form a growing list of company accounts. This role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client management covering either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit as your input and success will help define the company in the coming months/years

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and posses a minimum of 18-24 months previous exposure to the IT recruitment sectors. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 20-40k with an uncapped OTE of 60-100k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
