Skills and Experience

- 1 to 3 years experience as a coder required

- CPC certification required, coding certification a plus

- Previous experience in trauma, ER, or surgical coding

- Experienced with auditing charge entry for accuracy

- Knowledgeable on coding from operative reports

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook
