You will need to be an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within a manufacturing environment with exposure to Health&Safety, technically very strong on all employment law issues and you will be confident at coaching managers. It is imperative to have experience within restructures and redundancy to be successful within this role. You will be highly organised very good at building relationships with people. The right candidate would need to be credible and be able to build that credibility quickly with the teams. It is key that the successful candidate can offer a very commercial hr service.
