| HR Advisor required to work within a multi site role covering Middlesex and Tewkesbury. As HR advisor you will provide a full HR service to all employees. You will work closely with the management team to advise and coach them through their HR needs. This is a full generalist role dealing with recruitment, disciplinaries and grievances, performance management issues, redundancies and restructures. This role reports into the UK HRM and will give the right candidate a great opportunity to get experience in a highly challenging professional organisation. You will need to be an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within a manufacturing environment with exposure to Health&Safety, technically very strong on all employment law issues and you will be confident at coaching managers. It is imperative to have experience within restructures and redundancy to be successful within this role. You will be highly organised very good at building relationships with people. The right candidate would need to be credible and be able to build that credibility quickly with the teams. It is key that the successful candidate can offer a very commercial hr service.
