| Learning and Development Officer required to join a large well established learning and development team, this role's key focus is to work as a learning and development partner with the business managers, supporting them via various learning interventions to deliver the business strategy. The role will include all elements of the training cycle from training needs analysis through to evaluation and you will be responsible for supporting and developing the other learning and developments within the team. You will also be the key coach for line managers in all aspects of their roles. This is a great opportunity for the right person you will be a professional, enthusiastic and passionate learning and development specialist. You will have significant experience within all areas of learning and development but what is really important within this role is the ability to partner the business providing a consultancy service to support the managers. You will be proven within stakeholder management. You will have fantastic communication skills combined with an approach which is based on integrity, ethics and trust.
