You will need to be committed and tenacious. A strong communicator who is able to build rapport quickly with significant credibility. You will have Graduate CIPD as a minimum and be experienced within a not for profit sector. This will ideally be in the education arm for example independent or private schools, you will be highly organised with a desire to succeed.
