| Human Resources Manager required to support a not for profit organisation through a full generalist remit. Responsible for ensuring that all the recruitment process are fair and in line with best practice. Through to supporting and developing the managers in relation to performance management and coaching. This is a really interesting opportunity to make a difference and drive human resources agenda through the organisation. You will need to be committed and tenacious. A strong communicator who is able to build rapport quickly with significant credibility. You will have Graduate CIPD as a minimum and be experienced within a not for profit sector. This will ideally be in the education arm for example independent or private schools, you will be highly organised with a desire to succeed. Not for profit organisation who are keen to grow there reputation as a centre of excellence within the sector they operate in.
