You will be a senior Human Resources generalist with strong Employee Relations knowledge and have worked in a unionised environment. You will be a credible and commercial influencer with the ability to make things happen and operate with ambiguity within a change orientated environment.

Our Client are a blue chip, leading niche manufacturing organisation based in the East Midlands, looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist them with an organisational change project. This role will be offered on a 3 month fixed term contract basis.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
