| Working along side the Head of Human Resources you will lead on a change project to transition our clients HR offering to the business. Leading on all aspects of transactional HR, this project will include changing the way HR is perceived in the organisation and gaining buy in from key stakeholders. You will be a senior Human Resources generalist with strong Employee Relations knowledge and have worked in a unionised environment. You will be a credible and commercial influencer with the ability to make things happen and operate with ambiguity within a change orientated environment. Our Client are a blue chip, leading niche manufacturing organisation based in the East Midlands, looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist them with an organisational change project. This role will be offered on a 3 month fixed term contract basis.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered. |
