| Management Accountant required for a Housing Association based in the North West. My client is looking to recruit an experience Housing Management Accountant for a 12 month contract. Working in a large team and supervising one clerk, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller. You will be producing the monthly management accounts, dealing with accruals & prepayments, budgeting & forecasting, preparing variance analysis, and producing financial information for the management team. As a Management Accountant you will at least part qualified and have extensive experience in the housing sector. Although it is not essential that you have previous supervisory experience, it is desirable. You will be available at short notice. My client is a housing association based in the North West and has been established for 20 years. The organisation structure is extremely stable however this position has arisen due to a maternity cover requirement.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered. |
