| An experienced Finance Assistant is required for a small charitable organisation in the Greater Manchester area. You will be the sole finance assistant within the office and be reporting to the Finance Manager. The main responsibilities of the role include processing invoices, bank reconciliations, updating and maintaining the cashbook and petty cash, and dealing with any invoice queries. You will have had some exposure to accounts and have had experience in the mentioned job duties as the role, although temporary initially, requires someone to hit the ground running because the Finance Manager will not be able to provide full on the job training. Good knowledge of Excel and Sage is an advantage. My client is a small charitable organisation based on the outskirts on Manchester City Centre and has free onsite parking. The organisation has been established for a number of years and is highly reputable in its sector.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered. |
