| Interim HR Advisor required to advise managers and employees on terms and conditions of employment as well as managing ER casework from start to finish within a unionised environment. You will also provide support with the implementation and development of policies and procedures. This roles is fixed-term for a period of 6 months. You must be part or fully CIPD qualified with sound knowledge of employment law and its application within the workplace. You will also have an understanding of HR policies and procedures with prior experience of managing complex ER casework up to and including dismissal stage. Experience of trade union negotiation and liaison is also a pre-requisite for this role.
