| Financial Services Manager for overall responsibility of the running of the credit control department (7 people) and purchase ledger (3 people). This role will also be hands on within credit control. You will get involved in month end reporting and tracking of performance using KPI's. You will also be leading process and policy reviews and arranging and attending review meetings. You will have broad experience in credit control, chasing debts of all ages. Experience of purchase ledger would be an advantage. You will also have previous experience of staff supervision. Furthermore, you will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and take the initiative to resolve issues. A medium sized business based in Solihull. There is car parking available on site.
