The Credit Controller must have detailed knowledge and experience of sales ledger and credit control processes. Effective communication skills and assertiveness at all levels i.e. the ability to liaise with senior management, directors and third parties. Planning and organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure is required.
