You will be responsible for the whole process, from processing new business, making all relevant copies, liaising with Clients and IFA's and helping to resolve any issues, to actioning the SIPP payment plans and closing accounts where necessary. You will manage a small team's workload and deal with any complex queries / problems. As the Pensions Administration Team Leader, you will need a solid background in the Pensions industry. Ideally, you will be a strong SIPP Pensions Administrator looking for the next step in your career. As a person, you should take ownership of your role, be a strong team player and have the ability to use your initiative as well as being highly self motivated.
