| HR Officer required to provide a generalist HR Advisory service to managers and staff throughout this SME organisation based in Warwickshire. You will be required to manage a heavy caseload of ER issues, which includes disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability whilst assisting the HR Manager with the development of policies, procedures, processes and HR project work. You will CIPD qualified with a strong operational background. You will be confident in your own capability with the underpinning technical knowledge to support your practical experience. You must have a keen interest in Employee Relations as this role will be heavily ER focused. You should also be resilient and respond well to a fast paced, progressive and demanding environment. My client is an SME organisation based in Warwickshire who are currently undergoing a significant period of change.
