| Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be HR Business Manager aligned to one division of this multi disciplinary business. You will manage a HR Business Partner in order to deliver the HR agenda within this area of the organisation. You will be a fully participative member of the functional areas leadership team by successfully mixing commercial insight and HR professionalism, developing and maintaining a sound understanding of the functional areas and using facilitation and coaching techniques to support the leadership team to identify business opportunities and resolve HR business issues You will be a commercial HR generalist ideally from a retail or manufacturing background and used to operating at an extremely fast pace, managing multiple priorities in order to meet the demands of the business.
