| Interim Resourcing Manager required to manage the end to end recruitment process for all commercial and technical vacancies within this Coventry based organisation. You will be actively involved in recruiting on an international basis, particularly for the more technical and executive roles. You will also be required to travel to other sites within the Midlands region so a car and driving license are essential. You will be a competent recruiter with experience of managing the end to end recruitment process for technical / specialist roles within an in-house environment. It is essential that you have experience of international recruitment and an understanding of the subsequent pre-engagement checking processes for non-UK residents. This is a stand alone role so you must be motivated, driven and able to manage a busy and demanding workload effectively. My client is a Coventry based organisation who provide environmental testing services to external clients. They offer an excellent working environment for employees and have free-parking on-site.
