| As HR Advisor you will provide specialist Human Resources advice and guidance to Managers and to contribute towards the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective high quality HR service to all staff. You will be advising managers on a variety of hr issues, you will coach managers where appropriate to ensure that the business is protected. You will also be responsible for HR admin for example working on creating and analysing the absence figures through to support recruitment process. Within this role you will also be responsible for the line management of a HR administrator. You will be a highly experienced HR advisor who has experience of operating in the not for profit sector. You will be confident at advising managers on all areas of human resources and experienced at influencing managers. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and you will be able to build credible relationships in a complex environment. You will have excellent communication skills with a tenacious attitude to challenges. Line management experience would be beneficial to this role as well. My Client is a not for profit sector business who offers an exceptional service to the wider community. This role sits within a human resources team of circa five.
