This is a great opportunity for a talented and hard working Senior Sous Chef to join this up market 4 star hotel based in Westminster.

The role involves using fresh produce to create innovative dishes for this popular venue and management of a team of 22 chefs. The hotel has 460 rooms, with a 120 cover restaurant and private dining facilities for up to 100.

As senior Sous chef you will answer directly to the Executive chef and be responsible for smooth running of the man kitchen whilst producing high end cuisine for the ala carte restaurant/Café, busy room service and private dinning.

The ideal candidate will be a real foodie and a good all rounder with strong leadership and organizational skills and come from a similar or larger style 4 or 5 start hotel or high end restaurant, be a strong people manager and have exceptionally high standards when is come to health and safety.

The ability to work under pressure and keep a calm manner is essential for this role as is adhering to the companies highest standards at all times as you will be leading by example.
