You may have been working in a similar Applications Software Support role, or you may be currently working in an accounting function and looking to move across to IT support. The job will involve 1st line telephone and email support to their well established client base, answering queries efficiently with regards to their accounting software packages, and liaising with the software vendor where required. It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner, a love of high quality client service, and good knowledge of accounting software.
