Our client is a leading and highly regarded Recruitment Consultancy, which specialises in permanent, interim, contract and temporary recruitment solutions within the Accountancy, Tax, Operation and Middle Office, Risk and Compliance sectors. Due to continued growth they have an exciting opening for an experienced Recruitment Manager to grow a generating team focused on temporary accountancy recruitment solutions.

As an experienced Recruiter/Manager you will be based from our clients' Central London office where you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of London's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be to manage the existing team in a hands-on billing manager role. You will manage day-to-day activities, develop and implement a growth strategy and build upon our clients' already solid reputation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced accountancy/financial services recruitment consultant with 12-18 months team leader/recruitment manager experience. It is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 35-45k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 50-60k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
