Due to continued growth across the business they now have an exciting opening for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join a successful team based in Watford.

As an experienced consultant you will develop and expand upon existing business opportunities within major accounts whilst also focusing on the generation of new relationships within a given engineering sector. The role will cover both client and candidate management working on both perm and contract assignments throughout the UK. This is a hands-on recruitment role that offers unlimited earning potential for those who desire truly uncapped commissions.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience preferable gained in a contract recruitment environment. You will be a team player, posses strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to account manage national recruitment campaigns as well as develop new accounts. It though it would be advantageous to have previously worked within the technical recruitment sector, it is not a necessity as full sector training will be made available.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 22-30k dependent upon experience, with an uncapped OTE of 40-60k in the first year. In addition there is a generous incentive and benefits package available.
