Due to continued expansion the company currently has the following store management opportunities: Assistant Manager: Maybe your sights will already be set on being a Store Manager, or to gain more retail management experience. Through our client’s focussed approach to development, they’ll help you develop so that you will be ready to take on added responsibility. You will be responsible for managing key product areas and will have the ability to stand in for the manager in their absence. With some previous management experience you will be able to demonstrate a commercial approach to business, have a flair for motivating and developing your team, and have worked within a customer focussed retail environment. A basic knowledge and interest in electrical goods would also be advantageous. Sales Team Leader: Our client’s Sales Team Leaders enjoy both working with products and customers to ensure they find the right solution / product, and also want to take the first step into retail management. The company is looking for people with an interest and basic knowledge in electrical goods but who can also demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They have a Retail NVQ programme which will assist in your development in key areas, dependent on meeting certain funding criteria. With some previous retail experience you will be able to demonstrate success in working within a customer focused retail environment.
