The Systems Analyst will be responsible for liaising with the customer to elicit, clarify and document requirements which can be used to drive architectural and subsequent lower-level development activities. You will be required to document the customer/users needs and ensure that the programme understands these as well as ensuring that requirements for lower-level products are derived from system level requirements using the architecture and a documented analysis or model. You will also be expected to support systems integration and test activities to demonstrate the system for the purposes of validation, verification and qualification.

Skills:-

* Significant experience as a systems engineer with experience in application architecture, design and solutions implementation.

* Clear understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and of relevant methodologies and toolsets - ORACLE, Java, DOORS, Enterprise Architect.

* Proven track record in design and delivery of systems for major software intensive, system integration programmes.

* Experience of Oracle Database, Java, DOORS, Enterprise Architect.

Desirable:-

* Experience of MOD / UK Defence Industry

* Proficiency in MoDAF, DoDAF

The salary for the position of Systems Analyst is negotiable but will be commensurate with the market rate.
