As a HR Advisor you will work closely with Employee Relations Manager to support the operational teams on a generalist remit. You will coach and advice the management team in the retail stores on ER issues and you will be involved in implementing HR policies across the company. A large part of your role will be to communicate regularly with the operational Managers to identify training and recruitment needs for an overall population of over 12,000 employees.

The suitable candidate would already be working as a HR Advisor or on a similar level from a retail environment.
