Duties:
Experienced registered general nurses are required for an elderly nursing home to work as shift leaders. The focus will be to function as a member of an experienced nursing team whilst also providing leadership to care staff whilst acting as the duty nurse. This care provider is seeking nurses with strong clinical skills and who are able to lead and motivate other members of staff. Experience with dementia & palliative care is preferred but training will be given.
