Duties:
Experienced registered nurses (rmn or rgn) are required for an elderly nursing home in Bristol. The focus will be to function as a member of an experienced nursing team providing a person centred approach to care, whilst also directing care staff and acting as the duty nurse when required. This care provider is seeking nurses with strong clinical skills and who are able to work unsupervised and who are able to motivate other members of staff.
