Workflow and Change Management Manager, SAP HR, Change Manager, Swindo

Description : 
Our client a major blue chip company are looking to recruit a Workflow and Change Management Manager to be based in Swindon.
The main purpose of role:
To deliver against business targets to implement workflows and manage change projects, balancing people skills and technical expertise with the ability to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of Workflows on SAP HR. Work through team members to identify potential workflows, developing the idea, liaising with SAP Retained team and outsourced suppliers. Drawing up functional specification and manage this through to implementation, and successfully into production. Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise and knowledge of services, procedures and systems.
Skills required:
Supervisory experience in a financial services organisation or Customer environment. Knowledge of legislation, statutory reporting and PAYE. Good knowledge of people management practices and procedures. Good knowledge of contract management. In depth knowledge of SAP HR.
