Main Activities Scheduler Overall P6 management, which includes: Capture and communicate time framed AIT manufacturing needs, in order to generate and maintain a structured Production Plan that drives the overall material Requirements Plan Perform what if analysis at AIT Project managers request and sound work around to secure optimum delivery. Monitor design to manufacture co-ordination and align the AIT production Plan to the overall Material Requirement Plan Monitor and report forecast items delivery dates Provide scheduled information to enable Backward Pass, BOM construction and Parts procurement Enhanced Project visibility, communication and reporting from P6 Support Weekly production meetings Assist in the development and training of personnel within the Business Systems. Plan schedule recovery, what if scenarios, Critical path Analysis and resource capacities, which includes: - Supplier delivery dates from SAP Un-planned work Measure and reliably report progress against our project baseline Produce both summary and detailed plans (as required) demonstrating progress for management reporting Run a critical path analysis so that key drivers on the programmed can be identified Effectively plan workload through AIT facilities including 4-week workload Knowledge of Administrator role in P |
