As Marketing Assistant your role will be to support the Dealer Marketing Manager in creating tools and programmes for the global dealer network to enable them to represent the brand effectively and generate sales. Key responsibilities will include:-

Monitoring, maintaining and publishing intranet content to ensure it is accurate
Monitor and maintain the contact database to ensure all records are up to date and can be used for internal/external communication as required
Monitor and maintain dealer websites to ensure they are up to date and current
Coordinate and implement dealer advertising requirements to ensure dealers are able to advertise using company materials when they choose and in a timely fashion
Supporting the Dealer Marketing Manager in providing the necessary information and tools so that the dealer network can be briefed on all information
Monitoring and assisting the dealer marketing inbox with all queries received

The successful applicant will have previous marketing experience, ideally with experience of working with agencies. You should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. A Marketing/Business Studies degree or other relevant professional qualification would be preferred but is not essential. This is a temporary on-going contract and is paying 9 p/hr
