The Avionics Systems Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development teams in order to deliver the required avionics system against its specification within cost, schedule and level of quality required. The engineering teams and development work will be composed of systems, hardware and software engineers. Skills/Experience/Qualifications required xFFFD; Able to lead a multi disciplined team successfully consisting of Systems, Software and Hardware Engineers. Familiar with project control, planning, scheduling, risk management, using Project Management tools. Able to understand systems, hardware and software manufacturing related issues. Comfortable with team management, reporting to management, interfacing with customers and users. Qualifications - Engineering Degree in Electronics/Aeronautics/Aerospace Systems or equiv. Knowledge of modern avionics systems architectures, databus and standards and certification standards. Experience in lading multi disciplined teams in electronics/aeronautics/avionics domain. Good interpersonal skills and willingness to travel worldwide.
