Role Flexibility
This role will occasionally require, out of hours, intervention for high level issues on information systems. This may include week-end system analysis, upgrades and problem resolution both carried out on-site and by remote access.

This role requires timely responses to resolve support issues

Good level of English, reading and writing, is necessary

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Provide I.T. systems analysis and design skills to support the needs of the business.
Strong working knowledge of Baan 4CIV ERP system and table structures.
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server scripting for data export.
Ensure all development, maintenance and housekeeping work on the business systems is fully documented to SarBox standards

Baan Systems Administration including job management, license management, company creation, data archiving
Manage incidents with different partners support lines and also change management follow up with external partners for new requests, new adaptations

Ensure high availability of databases in a multi-site organization by follow up and monitoring of the databases transactions and behaviours

Ensure databases performances and coherency by preventive and corrective maintenance actions including (purge, archiving, re-index etc)

Co-ordinate the migration of data between databases solutions

Provide support and guidance to Baan users for problem resolution.
