As part of the role you will ensure the successful release of multiple packages into live environments and monitor the validity of them to ensure updates and fixes are adhered to. By being responsible for the full build process and up to 30 developers to ensure the projects runs on time and maintains a high level of quality and projects by working with products on 30 separate databases.

You will liaise directly with a technical manager, environment manager and release manager and will help to define and contribute effective procedures and standards to promote and maintain a clean build process.

The ideal candidate will have a previous background as a build engineer to understand the implications of incorrect releases as well as having a strong developer background within the .net framework. Further knowledge in C#.net, ASP, SQL Server, Windows 2000/03, DNS, WCF would be a major advantage. The best candidates will also have an understanding of source control and build technologies
