Our client, the UK’s leading provider of professional Nurse Advisors to the NHS, is currently seeking experienced Nurses or Clinical Nurse Advisors to join its innovative team working within Primary care in the NHS.

Working Monday-Friday within a territory encompassing of South London, , the role will involve working to improve patient care and management through providing education and clinical support for Nurses and GP’s, as well as facilitating nurse-led clinics, including patient assessment, consultation and lifestyle education.

Applicants should ideally have experience in both Cardiovascular and Respiratory medicine, with a recognised relevant qualification or diploma, however applications from outstanding candidates with relevant experience in associated chronic disease areas, for example diabetes, may also be considered.
