| Sales Administrator, circa 17k, Wellingborough Position: Sales Office Support Administrator Salary: 16998 plus sales bonus Location: Strixton, nr Wellingborough, Northants Hours of Work: 08.30 to 1700 Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 1600 Friday Holidays: Holidays 22 days per year plus Bank Holidays with 3 days to be taken during the Christmas Period. Role: The Administrator will provide best in class support work, reflected in timely and efficient response to our client’s UK office requirements. The role is primarily office based, dealing with all aspects of customer accounts and enquiries. The role requires a self starter and self motivated individual as a large percentage of the working week will be unsupervised. Responsibilities: a) Making agreed telephone sales calls to build customer relationships, generate sales to agreed budget levels, and keep customers informed of current Marco equipment ranges. b) To establish via Marco Sybiz System stock status of machines as requested by Sales Team. c) Cheque Lodgements write-up cheque receipts into lodgements spreadsheet, post cheque receipts to Bank of Ireland, email lodgement file to Head Office, after each addition. d) Daily management of Office Petty Cash account and balancing receipts. e) Issue Goods Return Note Number and Label if required to customers returning equipment: f) Customer liason dealing with customer enquiries for Sales / Service and Spare Part Support. g) Dispatching Machines and Spare parts as required, by Customer. h) Physically checking machines returned to UK Office match GRN (Goods Return Note) i) Greeting Visitors to our UK Showroom j) Ordering of Stationary for UK Office and Field Based Staff k) Maintaining Showroom and Office Cleanliness. l) Compiling mailing lists and posting mail shots to customers. m) Recording Petty Cash receipts and spending on spreadsheet and emailing file to Head Office every month Knowledge/Experience: a) A Good telephone manner is essential as a large part of communication is via the telephone both to internal and external customers. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. b) PC skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential. c) An interest in the Hot Beverage Market is desirable but not essential.
