Description : Electronics Project Engineer - Hampshire This leading manufacturer of high tech electronics is seeking a Electronics Project Engineer with a good mix of hardware and embedded design. You must have a min of 2:1 BSc or BEng Hons Electronics, and your experience must include firmware development; software development; electronic circuit design, PCB layout, modification and prototype construction, and microcontroller design. Duties: Participate in team design reviews as appropriate Facilitate schematic & BOM creation Provide the basis & some content for product documentation Undertake open-ended design projects based on customer input Ensure coherent & professional communication with customer peer groups Project task coordination and planning Meeting customers on and off site as required Assisting with manufacturability and usage issues Facilitate the sourcing of components Adhere to all prevalent company design rules (h/w & s/w) and QA guidelines Propose options for new product development resulting from customer feedback and requests To acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant products and their relative applications Assist FAEs with customer enquiries
