To be considered for this role you must be at Senior Manager grade or higher, and currently be working for a UK based practice firm. You must have experience of audit assignments, managing teams and also assisting with the running of an office. It is vital that you have some clients that you can take with you to a new firm (15k GRF or more) since this will act as proof that you can build relationships with clients and that they are prepared to follow you.
