Outline Job Profile: Contributing as part of a multi function team, an experienced RF Systems Engineer is required to lead the RF systems engineering element of a project to standardise and Industrialise the production of communications payloads, and to carry out/support related tasks, encompassing payload system design and analysis, specification and definition of standard hardware, recording and collation of design, assembly and test processes, identification and recording of best practice and implementation of improvements through lessons learned. Candidate Profile: Suitable candidates will have: ONC/OND or BSc qualification in a relevant discipline A methodical approach to work, with sufficient commitment and drive complete tasks, even where adverse conditions are encountered Strong analytical skills Experience of working directly with customers and with the ability to present ideas and concepts to the customer with authority. Ability efficiently to organise and co-ordinate their work.
