Responsible for net revenue growth in the region, including new sales responsibilities, client retention, management strategy and oversight, and overall broker and client relationships. Provides strategic direction for region's growth. 2. Develop relationships with brokers and consultants, producing qualified sales opportunities. 3. Manage the quote process of prospects through qualification of accounts and presentation of Humana product offerings and capabilities. 4. Manage existing client relationships and revenue persistency by establishing and monitoring ongoing service and renewal approaches with Account Executives and establishing additional client contacts and relations with key customers. 5. Promote and educate brokers and clients on Humana advantages, capabilities, changes in processes, products and services. 6.
