Coach teams on sales performance for their district/market/region. Work with sales management and retail operations to enhance the sales and service performance within their assigned segment. Provide shadow coaching and side by sides to enhance the learning of Branch Managers and Relationship Bankers. Responsibilities: * Support regional management to establish sales and service goals for branches within region o Align with business unit objectives o Balance business opportunity against historical targets o Leverage Sales Performance Summary tool to track progress against goals o Partner with District Manager to align in-branch coaching time with branches that need additional support to reach goals * Develop ongoing sales and service behavioral development plans for district o Partner with District Manager and Branch Managers to improve their coaching and training techniques / tools o Ensure associates are making progress against development plans through use of action plans o Drive out-of-branc |
