Reporting to the HRIS Steady State Service Delivery Leader, the HRIS Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the BPO HRIS services for a large SAP HCMS client.This includes assisting the Service Delivery Leader with managing the client relationship to ensure client satisfaction and day-to-day activities including providing budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of all client deliverables between ACS organization and the client.The Service Delivery Manager will primarily liaison with the ACS HRIS steady state service delivery organization and client executive and business teams, leveraging a breadth and depth of SAP HCMS functional knowledge and leadership.
