| The GPS Specialist II position will be responsible for leading, implementing, and integrating TPM systems and pillars while building capability. This role will work with Integrated Network (Pillar) teams, leadership, and front-line employees to build capabilities and transform results in Cost, Quality, Service, Safety, and People. Position Responsibilities: Performance Tracking: Tracking and reporting of performance for each of teams’ systems. TPM/GPS Leadership: Lead the planning, development, integration, and implementation of TPM in the Business Unity Pilot lines to achieve results while building department-wide capabilities for expansion. Develop EFO (AM) teams through Step 4. Loss Analysis. Integrate Learning and Team Capability IN Team (Education and Training Pillar) to assure robust training, skill development, and team development systems are in place. Support Operations and Maintenance in the Maintenance Excellence Effort, which will include, but is not limited to, the development and deployment of robust maintenance systems designed to improve MTBF and MTTR. Lead Equipment & Facility Ownership (Autonomous Maintenance) teams through Step 4, which will include, but is not limited to, supporting, coaching, and leading lubrication systems, CILs, SOC elimination, HTR elimination, centerlining and 5S initiatives. Develop next EFO coaches and processes. Leverage and propagate the use of Continuous Sustainable Improvement (Focused Improvement) tools and systems for focused improvement in results. Focused Improvement Project Tracking: o Responsible for coaching and development of CSI project teams which includes, but is not limited to, assisting the team leader with the compilation of historical data, providing technical guidance as the system expert around improvement ideas and participating on teams. o Track improvements generated from CSI focused improvement project teams. o Respon |
