Our client is a leading publisher of recruitment related products, with over 100 print and online solutions covering many of the largest markets around the world. With their strong focus on the graduate market, they have developed a reputation for delivering quality media solutions, well received events and timely information covering a variety of sectors and topics. Due to growth, they now have an immediate need for an Internal Sales Executive to be based at their Oxfordshire location.

As an internally based Sales Executive you will hold responsibility for developing new and existing revenue streams for our client's exciting post graduate online solution. Covering the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close, you will build upon our client's previous successes through identifying, qualifying and closing sales of various values within the university sector. This role will also involve ongoing account management where you will cross-sell and up-sell our client's portfolio of solutions.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 6-12 months previous sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked in media sales or online recruitment sales but not a necessity as sector specific training will be available. You will however be a graduate with first class communication and presentation skills, high levels of motivation and the drive to further build a successful sales career.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 18-24k with an uncapped OTE of 21-27k plus additional benefits.
