They now have an exciting opening for a Regional Sales Manger to lead a team of Endoscopy Sales Specialists throughout the North.

As a Regional Sales Manager focused on Endoscopy solutions you will lead a growing team of Sales Specialists across a large territory covering the North. This hands-on role will also involve you working closely with consultants and business managers in both NHS and private environments to deliver innovative solutions. Applications are invited from degree educated candidates who posses a minimum of 3-4 years sales management experience gained selling medical device solutions into the NHS and private theater sectors. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in the Endoscopy sector although full technical training will be available. You will posses a hands-on approach and consider yourself to be a natural leader and dynamic professional with excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 45-50k with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
