Due to internal growth they now have an exciting opening at their London office for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be based from our clients' Central London office where you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of London's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures in this full 360 trainee recruitment role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a first class graduate with some commercial experience. It is important that you posses polished communication and presentation skills, an open approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 22k with an uncapped OTE of 35k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
